The Talent Generation Mentoring curriculum is designed to engage, equip and empower you for significance and success in the global workforce. The Content: PERSONAL MANAGEMENT and ACADEMIC SUCCESS

However, the program is not designed simply to teach the content of course outlines. Rather, this program recognises that it is often a student’s lack of personal management skills, such as organisation, motivation, time management and effective planning that holds them back from reaching their potential at uni. Furthermore, the program is also designed to provide skill development and support in learning, exam and essay skills – three categories that can radically improve a your academic performance.

This program is personalised, resourced and delivered to provide the most profound student mentoring support available. It truly sets students up with the skills not just to get by at university, but to excel beyond in the global workforce.

The Coach

Eddie Gandevia has mentored over one hundred high school and university students since graduating from St. Andrew’s Cathedral School Sydney as School Captain with a UAI of 98.6. He is now completing a double degree in Science (Philosophy) and Law at UNSW, and is director of Talent Generation.

Having spoken to over 10,000 students nationwide on topics ranging from study skills, leadership, personal effectiveness and social justice, Eddie is experienced in engaging, equipping and empowering Gen Y as an academic coach and mentor.
